Dave Carr has over 20 years of experience designing software. From the very beginning, he has earned a reputation of listening to, and quickly solving, customer problems.

Dave has been helping clients better connect with their customers using CRM for the last decade, initially concentrating on Onyx Customer Center’s CRM solution, before switching exclusively to Microsoft Dynamics CRM in 2003.

With his extensive hands-on business experience and degrees in Economics, Business, and Computer Science, one of Dave's main strengths is the ability to quickly understand your business. Dave knows how to listen, and – almost as important - how to ask the right questions to uncover your true business processes. He then integrates his knowledge of the CRM tool with your requirements to imaginatively craft a solution that is perfect for your company.
